In Oct 94, GSMB was certified ISO 9002 creating a milestone in the history of GSMB. As expected of the spirit of GSMBians, we did not stop there. We officially launched the Service Excellence Drive on 25th April 95. Since then, we have never looked back. Through the commitment and dedication of GSMBians, we won the Service Excellence Commendation Award in 1995. Finally, our dedicated and persistent effort paid off.

Winning the Prestigious SERVICE EXCELLENCE AWARD 1996 signifies the pinnacle of success for GSMB in her pursuit of Service Excellence. We were able to win this award due to the tenacity in following our avowed mission to "Be the Leader In Providing Professional, Effective and Quality OPERATIONAL MAINTENANCE to achieve high quality equipment serviceability for our customers".

GSMB was conferred the Service Excellence Award 1997. Winning this prestigious twice in a row is by no means a small feat in view of the diversity of maintenance services provided by GSMB to all SAF units. GSMB's winning streak can only come about through years of dedicated handwork by her servicemen, who believe in giving the best quality service to her customers.
