Operational Readiness
Our Strategic Objectives in Operational Readiness
are to:
- Achieve high Training REDCON for al ICTs
- Achieve excellent Mobilisation results
- Achieve high level of individual soldiering
skills for all men
- Achieve logistics readiness state
Our key processes are designed to deliver high
quality and effective operational and peacetime maintenance and engineering
services. Our mission is supported by 4 key processes with the Strategic Quality
Planning (SQP) as a policing process.
Our Operational Readiness Process consists of the
following components:
- Field Training and In-Camp training enable our
soldiers to learn basic soldiering skills.
- Mobilisation Exercise (MOBEX) requires all
personnel to report back to camp for their call of duty within a stipulated
time during any unforeseen circumstances.
- IPPT and ATP prepare our soldiers to be
physically fit and proficient in using their weapon for operation
respectively.
