Our Strategic Objectives in Engineering Support are to:
- Provide engineering expertise to support
engineering projects for customers and stakeholders
Our key processes are designed to deliver high
quality and effective operational and peacetime maintenance and engineering
services. Our mission is supported by 4 key processes with the Strategic Quality
Planning (SQP) as a policing process.
Our Engineering Support Process consists of the
following components:
- Making use of technology to improve the
efficiency of production
- Initiate projects with engineering content to
support our stakeholders
- Measuring the effectiveness of our engineering
support process by our EDC savings and number of personnel participating in
engineering-related porjects
